How Radiant Solutions Limited collects, uses and protects your personal data.
Last updated: 30 October 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Radiant Solutions Limited (“Radiant Solutions”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company based in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We process personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at enquiry@radiantsolutions.co.uk or on +44 7957 562924.
2. The personal data we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us, or that is needed to deliver this website securely. This may include:
- Enquiry details: your name, role, work email address, company name, area of interest and any message you send through our consultation form, by email or by phone.
- Business relationship data: contact details and correspondence if you or your organisation become a client, supplier or partner.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type and device information, which are processed automatically by our hosting provider and font provider when you load the site, and are used for security and to deliver pages correctly.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
3. How and why we use your data
Under UK GDPR we must have a lawful basis for each use of your data:
- Responding to enquiries and arranging consultations — our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Delivering services to clients — performance of a contract.
- Keeping the website secure and working — our legitimate interest in operating a safe, reliable website.
- Meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations — compliance with a legal obligation.
We will not use your details for marketing unless you have asked us to, and you can opt out at any time. We never sell your personal data.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only where necessary, with trusted service providers who act on our instructions and are bound to keep it secure. These include:
- our website and email hosting provider (Hostinger), which processes consultation form submissions and delivers them to our inbox;
- our email and productivity providers;
- Google Fonts, which serves the typeface used on this site (your browser contacts Google’s servers to download it);
- professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, and authorities where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations, the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless it becomes part of a client relationship. Client and financial records are kept for as long as the law requires, typically six years after the end of the relevant financial year. After that, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
7. How we protect it
As an engineering-led cloud consultancy, we apply the same controls we recommend to our clients: encryption in transit, least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication and reputable providers with recognised security certifications.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased in certain circumstances;
- restrict or object to how we process it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email enquiry@radiantsolutions.co.uk. We will respond within one month. There is normally no charge.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page, with the date it was last updated.
